Who and What
StoneyForest.net is the family website of the Stone family. Chris primarily maintains the site and the server it runs on, but the content in each user's section is their own. If you have questions about specific pages, please feel free to contact Chris, or the appropraite user.Technology
StoneyForest.net uses all these technologies to generate HTML5 and CSS3 compliant web pages, provide standards compliant e-mail services, and more. Other technologies are mentioned around the site as well. Blogs are powered by a modified and extended version of Blosxom.
StoneyForest.net is a supporter of no-www.org, if you entered "www.stoneyforest.net" to get here, the server automatically removed the extra bits. For more information on why the "www" should be deprecated, see the no-www website.
Standards Compliance
This site is 100% HTML5 and CSS3 standards complaint (or draft compliant where applicable). If a page does not look right, you are probably using Internet Explorer (the blue "e"), and it is not standards compliant. Microsoft has made little effort to make their browser compatible with the relevant standards and as such some pages do not appear correctly. I will make an effort at some point to support their broken browser, but until that time you are free to use another standards complaint browser like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.Security Authority
